Refund Policy

All purchases made on DRS are final. Because our products are digital goods that are delivered instantly upon payment, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been completed.

Before you buy

Please review each product's description, features, requirements and framework compatibility carefully before purchasing. If anything is unclear, contact us before completing your order — our team is happy to help you confirm a product fits your server.

All sales are final

Once an order is completed and access is granted, the sale cannot be reversed. This applies regardless of framework compatibility, change of mind, or purchases made in error. The only exception is a genuine duplicate charge caused by a technical error, which we will correct.

If a product isn't behaving as described, our support team will help you get it working — most issues are resolved through configuration or a quick fix rather than a refund. Open a support ticket from your dashboard with your order number and a description of the issue.
